COVID-19 Procedures

Like us, you probably have more questions than answers about this pandemic. We're here to help in any way we can. Please review the precautions and procedures that we've put in place to ensure that our clients and employees stay healthy and safe.

  • We've temporarily updated our hours to accommodate appointments that were canceled due to the closure.

    • Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm

    • Saturday: 9am - 5pm

  • Services are by appointment only. We're not accepting walk-ins at this time.

  • If you're sick or have had any symptoms within the last 24 hours, please reschedule your appointment.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please call (651) 292-0029 and we'll let you know when your stylist is ready. Please remain in your car until then.

  • Everyone is required to have their temperature taken immediately at the door. If your temperature is higher than 100.6, we, unfortunately, will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • All employees and clients are required to wear a face mask at all times.

  • Please come to your appointment alone. Do not bring extra guests. This ensures that we operate at no more than 25% capacity and that 6 feet of distance between clients is maintained (except when providing services).
